Audited Supplier H10330C series is an NIR-PMT unit using a compact NIR-PMT (near infrared photomultiplier tube) developed by our advanced photocathode technology. The NIR-PMT is contained in a thermally insulated sealed-off housing evacuated to a high vacuum. The internal thermoelectriccooler eliminates the need for liquid nitrogen and cooling water. The light input window of these modules use a condenser lens to provide a virtually larger photosensitive area allowing easy optical coupling. Adapters for connection to an optical fiber and monochromator are also available as options.
C10330C series have three types of lineups. (H10330C-75: 950 nm to 1700 nm, H10330C-25: 950 nm to 1200 nm, H10330C-45: 950 nm to 1400 nm)
The C13852-3050GA is an optical measurement module with built-in TE-cooled type MPPC, capable of detecting low-level light. This module consists of a thermoelectrically cooled MPPC, an amplifier, a high-voltage power supply circuit, and a temperature control circuit. The photosensitive area is 3 × 3 mm, and the signal output is analog. The module operates by supplying an external power supply (±5 V). As this product is compact and light-weight, it is suitable for integration into devices.
